Shipping Terms

Free same-day shipping applies to most orders within the contiguous United States. Orders under $99.00 will be charged a $9.95 shipping fee within the contiguous United States.

Shipping to Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska ranges from $14.95 to $200.00, depending on the order and destination. International shipping starts at $199.95. All prices are listed in USD.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Contiguous United States: 1 to 2 business days
Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders: 7 to 10 business days

Water ionizer purchases require a signature at the time of delivery.

International Shipping, Duties, and Fees

All shipments outside of the United States may be subject to duties, customs fees, import taxes, delivery handling fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

Real Spirit USA is not responsible for these charges. All duties, customs fees, import taxes, delivery handling fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Warranty, Service, and Repair Returns

Before sending any product to Real Spirit USA for warranty, service, or repair, customers must contact Real Spirit USA for authorization.

When returning a product for warranty, service, or repair, the customer must clearly note the following on the invoice or customs documents provided to the carrier:

“For Warranty/Service/Repair. Not for Sale in USA.”

The declared value should be listed as $0.00 unless otherwise required by the carrier, customs authority, or applicable law.

If any product returned to Real Spirit USA requires payment of import duties, customs fees, taxes, or related charges upon arrival in the United States, Real Spirit USA will charge those amounts back to the customer.

Subscription Orders

Orders that contain subscriptions or recurring orders, including any associated discounts, are only available for purchase and shipping within the United States.
